switching is good for health

this blog is specially for my all those friends who want to stay fit and healthy, and tried a lot, but never hit the target.

its a 30 day challenge so that you can easily track progress,
And you don't need any special equipment,or any special effort just by just adding n subtracting a total 5 easy looking n tedious steps, you can achieve a healthy looking skin and body..
if you are planning to get your body in shape, then this is specially for you and it is the easiest way you can do it.

Okey so straight to point..


1) drink as much as water as you can.



















yes its true that human body is made up of 70% water, and water can keep u healthy and stay fit.
every additional liter of water will first clean your system and freshen your skin.
hydrate your whole body, supply more oxygen to brain, and your  fueled up your body for a entire day.



2) Avoid junk food and soft drinks.

your favorite cheese burger with a chilled coke may taste awesome,
but it result in increasing your sugar level, high carbohydrate intake, with no nutrition.
which results in making you look fat and lazy.


3) Take the Pain
























yes No Pain and No Gain, health is still something that you cant buy in any superstore.
switching stairs for lifts, cycle for bike, and a walk after dinner will surely elp you increase your matabolism and give you an endless felling of a healthy body.



4) sleep atleast 5 hours a day 

















sleep is very necessery for your physical and  mental relaxation, skiping your sleep will leave dark spots on your eyes, and leave a sense of frustration,tiredness,anxiety and anger.
a regular sleep will make you feel frsh like a amall baby


5) exercise atleast an hour














NO,by exercise I didnt mean heavy dumbles and  expensive gym membership,
A morning walk, few kilometer cycling or a good cardio routine will burn your extra fat, make your body active, and make you energetic for rest of your day.

you can find a good exercise plan for you online websites, according to your time schedule and body type.
and 1 hour exercise will take only 4% of your total day, and your body deserve that much.
